Eric Lau is currently a Global Pricing Manager at Bosch Rexroth, leading the pricing strategy for Compact Hydraulics and HydraForce, Inc. They have extensive experience in pricing optimization and commercial strategy, previously holding roles at HydraForce Inc., where they developed pricing processes and conducted margin analysis. Eric co-founded Patched Inc., a start-up connecting DIY users with licensed service professionals, and served as a Board Member at Maia.
