A permanent capital investment firm founded by Sir Terry Leahy, supporting ambitious UK leaders to build exceptional businesses over the long term.

We are not a traditional private equity fund:

— Permanent capital. No external investors and no pressure to exit.
— Ongoing investment. We continue to invest throughout our partnerships.
— Operator led. Track record as one of the UK’s most successful business leaders.

These differences allow us to focus on one thing — building exceptional businesses that endure.

What we look for: UK-headquartered companies in fragmented or specialist markets, with strong returns on capital and real room to grow. We take majority or significant minority stakes and expect to hold for a decade or more - continuing to invest in growth through-out our partnership.

If you are a founder or owner weighing succession, growth, or simply the right long-term partner to help build a life's work — not a short-term exit — we would welcome a conversation.
