Paul Hay has extensive experience in franchise operations, recruitment, and office administration, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Maid Brigade since May 2004. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Property & Casualty Producer at MWA, Inc. from February 2002 to May 2004, and as a Branch Manager at Royal Cup Coffee from August 1997 to February 2002. Paul holds a degree from The University of Georgia, which was obtained between 1990 and 1994.
