Joseph Passalacqua

Joseph Passalacqua has had a successful career in the business and fitness industries. In 2014, they began working as a Personal Trainer for Town Sports International. In 2015, they took a role as an Operations Associate for Maid Sailors Cleaning Service. In 2016, they co-founded Montem Outdoor Gear and served as CEO, achieving awards and articles in Backpacker Magazine, GQ, Outdoor Retailer, and more. Joseph bootstrapped the business to 7 figures utilizing guerilla marketing tactics, leading to an acquisition in 2021. In 2021, they returned to Maid Sailors Cleaning Service as Owner and CEO.

Joseph Passalacqua began their educational journey at Secondary School for Research, attending from 2004 to 2008. Joseph then went on to receive their High School Diploma from Westlake High School in 2010.
