Katherine Merrill-Nabhan

Katherine Merrill-Nabhan, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People & Performance at Maiden Home since April 2025, Katherine previously held senior leadership roles at Book of the Month and Buffy, honing expertise in recruitment and organizational development. With a foundational role at Kargo as Director of People Operations, Katherine led the implementation of compensation structures and fostered pay equity. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Discovery Communications and Family Dollar, where Katherine supported substantial employee groups and developed HR strategies. An educator at heart, Katherine began their career as an 8th grade science teacher with Teach For America, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University.
