Christel Druart

Christel DRUART has extensive experience in human resources, currently holding the position of Conseillère en Développement RH - Recrutement et Gestion des Carrières at MAIF since 2005. In addition to this role, Christel has served as Chargée de Missions Richesses Humaines, Responsable de Service RH, and Responsable RH at the same organization. Prior to joining MAIF, Christel worked at GAN from 1994 to 2004, progressing from Chargée d'études RH to Responsable RH. Christel's educational background includes a specialized degree in Human Resources Management from the Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS Paris).
