Sihem Ben Salah

Sihem BEN SALAH has extensive experience in the insurance and non-profit sectors. Since February 2009, Sihem has worked at MAIF as a Conseillère en assurances, providing personalized advice to members on various insurance products, participating in commercial initiatives, and contributing to strategic projects aimed at enhancing client relationships. Sihem serves on the MAIF Mission Committee, overseeing the implementation of the company's social and environmental objectives. Additionally, Sihem has held roles focusing on internal communication, project management, and user experience, along with a background in claims management and customer support. As a volunteer, Sihem actively contributes to the ASSOCIATION SYNDROME KABUKI, managing communication efforts and supporting member engagement. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Applied Foreign Languages and a BTS in Trilingual Secretarial Assistance.
