Adam Zard

Adam Zard is a Multifamily Developer at Maiker Housing Partners, where Adam oversees the entire development process including site selection, design development, securing financing, and construction. Prior to this, Adam worked as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, assisting owners and investors with commercial real estate goals, and as an Attorney at Miller Kabler, P.C., representing clients in real estate and business transactions. Adam also served as a Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court. Adam holds a J.D. in Corporate Law from the University of Denver and a BA in Financial Economics and Business Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
