Prior to this role, Onuma held various positions at Maikhao Dream Hotels & Resorts since December 2014, including Area Director of Human Resources, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Group Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for multiple properties. Other positions include Assistant Human Resources Manager at Absolute World, Human Resources and Training Manager at Ramada Phuket South Sea, and Human Resources Supervisor at Centara Hotels & Resorts. Onuma began the career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Langham Place Samui and Rawi Warin Resort & Spa. Onuma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Industry from Phuket Rajabhat University.
