Rada Peregudova

Rada Peregudova, ACC, currently serves as the Head of Organizational Development at Uzum and SberMarket, while also holding the position of Head of Talent Management at Mail.ru Group and Head of Performance Management at VTB. Rada's extensive professional background includes roles in people development and internal communications management at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, capability development management, and talent management at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and Coca-Cola HBC, where responsibilities included performance appraisal processes and training program leadership. Rada holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and a Specialist degree in Social Work from Kuban State University.
