Milana Lelović has a diverse education history. Milana obtained their MSc degree in Data Analytics & Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where they studied from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy Novi Sad, studying from 2013 to 2017. Before their psychology studies, Milana completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Legal and Political studies, which they attended from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Milana has also obtained various certifications. Milana completed the "Innovation Skills - SAP Business Challenge Network Project" certification from SAP in October 2022. Earlier that year, in September, they obtained a certification in "Change Management Plan" from Udemy, and "Employee Onboarding" from Playficient. In August 2022, they completed the "Culture-Driven Team Building - The power of team culture" certification offered by the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to these certifications, Milana obtained the "Posebna obuka iz oblasti zaštite od požara" certification from the Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova (Sektor za vanredne situacije) in July 2021. In May 2021, they completed the "Financial Accounting Fundamentals" certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In January 2020, they obtained the certification in "Compliance with the new Personal Data Protection Law" from Pokrajinski edukativni centar, URPIS & OCTA IT SOURCING. Milana also has a certification in "Graphic Design Fundamentals (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)" from SMART School, obtained in February 2019. Finally, they completed the "Recruitment and Selection training" certification from Psihološki centar Self in April 2017.

Milana has also achieved proficiency in English by obtaining the TOEFL iBT certification from ETS in August 2021.
