Lydéric Dubut

Lydia O. Ojarikre has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within Human Resources, Administration, and Customer Care. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Customer Care Personnel at DealAfrik until September 2015. From October 2015 to June 2016, they served as a Communications Officer at Ships & Ports. In July 2016, they joined J.Gold Petroleum Global Investment Ltd as an Administrative Officer until June 2017, and later became a Human Resource Administrator until March 2018. From April 2018 to March 2022, Lydia worked as a Human Resource Manager at Photizzo. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resource and Admin Manager at Mocx, starting from April 2022.

Lydia O. Ojarikre completed their Bachelor's Degree at Delta State University in Nigeria, which was completed sometime prior to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in HR Analytics from Udemy in October 2021. In January 2017, they obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from Ciel Consulting. Prior to that, in January 2016, they obtained a certification in Basic Radio Presentation from the Broadcast Radio Master Class. Lydia O. also obtained a certification in Onshore Offshore Health, Safety and Environment from the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management in November 2013. Looking towards the future, Lydia O. Ojarikre is expected to obtain certifications in Management Strategies for People and Resources and Workforce Collaboration and Development in 2023 from the Young African Leadership Initiative.
