Ben Hathaway has worked in the technology industry since 2002. Ben began their career as an Engineering Co-Op at Rockwell Automation in 2002. In 2004, they Co-Founded Mortgage Web Success. Since 2008, they have been the Chief Technology Officer at Mailprotector.

Ben Hathaway attended the University of Cincinnati from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
