Gabriel Sandu

Gabriel Sandu has held various leadership roles at Maimonides Medical Center since 1999, culminating in the position of Chief Technology Officer since November 2002, where Gabriel Sandu has been instrumental in redefining the IT strategy and modernizing infrastructure. Prior to this role, Gabriel Sandu served as Senior Director of Technical Services, overseeing MIS operations and leading IT reorganization efforts. In addition, Gabriel Sandu has experience as Sr. Manager of Technical Services, managing critical enterprise systems and providing database support for clinical projects. Earlier career experiences include roles at Silicon Graphics Romania, where Gabriel Sandu advanced from Field Engineer to Software Director. Gabriel Sandu earned a Master's Degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
