Gary Schwartz M.D.

Gary Schwartz MD currently serves as the Vice Chair of Pain and Anesthesiology and Director of Acute Pain Management at Maimonides Medical Center since July 2012, while also holding the same titles at AABP, LLP since July 2013. Additionally, Gary Schwartz holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate Medical Center since November 2018, and previously completed a Pain Management Fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center from July 2011 to June 2012. Schwartz's training includes an Anesthesia Residency at both Maimonides Medical Center and St. Vincent's Hospital, and educational credentials consist of a Doctor of Medicine from Upstate Medical University (2002-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Union College (1998-2002).
