Melissa Kelly has a diverse work experience in supply chain management. Melissa is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain at Maimonides Medical Center since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mount Sinai Health System, where they held the positions of Senior Director of Supply Chain from August 2016 to June 2022, and Director of Sourcing from January 2014 to August 2016. Before that, Melissa was the Director of Sourcing for Continuum Health Partners at Nexera, Inc. from April 2011 to January 2014. Melissa also worked at NYU Langone Medical Center, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Corporate Supply Chain Management, Interim Vice President for Corporate Supply Chain Management, Director of Purchasing and Materials Management Operations, Associate Director of Purchasing Operations, Manager of Purchasing Operations and Process Reengineering, and Sourcing Associate. Melissa started their career as a Purchasing Coordinator at Hofstra University and worked there from September 1998 to November 2004.

Melissa Kelly completed their education at Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business. Melissa obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Accounting in 2001, and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) with a focus on Strategic Management, which they completed in 2003.
