Michael Schwarz, MBA, has a diverse work experience in strategic initiatives, analytics, project management, and transformation. Michael currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Analytics at Maimonides Medical Center, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Project Manager & Transformation Specialist at the same company from April 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Maimonides Medical Center, they worked as a Project Coordinator in Clinical Operations at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center from May 2019 to April 2021.

Michael Schwarz, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they graduated from Binghamton University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Integrative Neuroscience: Molecular and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.
