Rogee Fe de Leon

Rogee Fe de Leon has extensive experience in the field of IT infrastructure and systems engineering. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Network Engineer at MJHS. In 2001, they joined Maimonides Medical Center as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for designing, administering, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments. Rogee also handled server side purchases, builds, and support for clinical applications, and collaborated with application vendors to implement fault-tolerant systems. In 2007, they became a Technical Services Manager and Senior Systems Engineer for Application Systems 2 at Maimonides Medical Center, overseeing a team of engineers and managing troubleshooting tasks, system implementations, and maintenance. Rogee also worked closely with the IT Director and clinical system vendors to implement policies and guidelines and oversee budgeting for equipment and projects. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Technical Services Manager and Senior Systems Engineer for Enterprise Systems, where they managed a team and performed senior engineer tasks related to researching, budgeting, purchasing, testing, designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems. Currently, they hold the position of Director of IT Infrastructure at Maimonides Medical Center, a role they started in 2023.

Rogee Fe de Leon is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at CUNY School of Professional Studies. In addition, they have obtained certifications as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2021 and as a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021.
