Shari Suchoff

Senior Vice President, Population Health And Government Relations at Maimonides Medical Center

Shari Suchoff has a diverse work experience. Shari started their career as a Legislative Aide to Senator Charles Schumer in 2007 and later became a Legislative Assistant to Senator Kirsten Gillibrand from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Maimonides Medical Center as the Director of Care Management, where they oversaw the coordination of care and social service integration. Shari worked in various roles at Maimonides, including Vice President of Policy and Strategy and Vice President of Population Health and Government Relations. In these positions, they developed and implemented programs to improve health outcomes and address social determinants of health. Suchoff also served as the Executive Director of Brooklyn Communities Collaborative from 2020, where they contributed to community-based initiatives.

Shari Suchoff earned their Master of Public Policy degree in Health Policy from the University of Maryland from 2005 to 2007.
