Simran Ailani

Simran Ailani is a Psychiatry Resident Physician at Maimonides Medical Center since July 2022, currently enrolled in the Psychiatry Residency Program until June 2026. Ailani completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at K.J. Somaiyya Medical College and Research Centre, graduating in June 2021. Previous clinical experiences include hands-on rotations at the International Brain Research Foundation, where Ailani worked with advanced neurostimulation techniques and training on Low-Intensity Focused Ultrasound devices, as well as clinical clerkships involving the administration of dTMS and IV Ketamine at Curated Mental Health. Ailani also served as a Covid-19 intern volunteer at K.J. Somaiyya Medical College from July 2020 to February 2021. Educational background includes completion of higher secondary education at Ramnarain Ruia College and middle school diploma from St. Anthony Girls' High School.
