Kayleigh Adderholt

Kayleigh Adderholt is a highly experienced professional with a background in project management and property management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously a Project Coordinator at Main Electric Supply Co. since August 2018, Kayleigh has honed skills in overseeing projects and coordinating tasks effectively. Prior experience includes managing property operations at MACK's Realty from 2017 to 2018 and providing administrative support as a Receptionist at Barrister Executive Suites from April 2014 to November 2016. Additional early experience at PF Chang's as a Hostess/TakeOut involved handling reservations and customer service.
