Mascha Wiegand

Mascha Wiegand is a skilled Climate Adaptation Manager at Main-Kinzig-Kreis since October 2020, responsible for the independent coordination, management, implementation, and representation of climate initiatives. Prior experience includes an internship at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where Mascha supported sustainability projects focused on supply chain developments in multiple regions. Previous roles also include project management and coordination at Schwab Versand Hanau, where Mascha handled various aspects of project execution and process optimization, as well as participating in the SSU Foundation program. Mascha holds a Master's degree in Innovation Sciences from Utrecht University, a Master's label in Sustainable Entrepreneurship from EIT Digital Alumni, and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
