Douglas Williams has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and education sectors. Douglas began their career in 1988 at Drexel University College of Medicine as the Director of Planning. Simultaneously, they joined Hahnemann University Hospital as the Director of Special Projects. After ten years with Hahnemann, Douglas transitioned to Main Line Health in 2007, where they held various leadership positions, including System Director of Planning and Design and System Director of Planning Design and Construction. Currently, they serve as the Associate Vice President of Planning Design and Construction at Main Line Health.

Douglas Williams attended St. Vincent Boys Grammar School from 1970 to 1979. Douglas then pursued a degree in Architecture at Temple University from 1981 to 1986.
