Ingrid Benco

Ingrid Benco, BS, IBCLC, is a dedicated lactation consultant currently serving at Main Line Health and B.well tots, providing evidence-based support to breastfeeding mothers and families while addressing challenges such as latch difficulties and milk supply concerns. With a background in health and wellness education as a Health and Wellness Educator at the Food Bank of South Jersey, Ingrid has facilitated nutrition classes across various community settings. Previous experience includes internships in lactation at notable institutions such as Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Jefferson Health, along with roles in nutrition coordination and education at Liga Solidária. Ingrid holds a Human Lactation Consultant degree from Drexel University, a Bachelor's in Nutrition Sciences, and a postgraduate degree in maternal and child nutrition.
