Jennifer Choate

Jennifer Choate, MSN, RN, currently serves as an Epic Senior Application Analyst at Main Line Health since July 2015, having previously held roles as an Epic Application Analyst and Registered Nurse within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Nursing Assistant and Patient Safety Assistant at Chester County Hospital from 2012 to 2015. Jennifer earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing Informatics from American Sentinel College between 2019 and 2021 and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2015.
