Lauren High has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren began their career at The Licensing Company as a Team Coordinator from September 2009 to March 2010. Lauren then worked at The Jones Group Inc. as a Product Development Assistant from March 2010 to October 2011, and as a Design Liaison from September 2011 to January 2012. Lauren then interned at MedStar Health as a Strategic and Business Planning Administrative Intern from May 2013 to August 2013, and at Privia Health as a Marketing Intern from February 2013 to May 2014. Since July 2014, Lauren has been working at Main Line Health, starting as an Administrative Fellow from July 2014 to July 2015. Lauren then held positions as a Business Development Manager from July 2015 to February 2017, a System Director of Therapy Services from February 2017 to February 2023, and currently works as a System Director of Ambulatory Strategy from February 2023 onwards.
Lauren High holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from The George Washington University, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, graduating between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Lauren has obtained certifications including "Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)" from the American College of Healthcare Executives and "Healthcare Design and Innovation" from Villanova University, both obtained in 2023.
