Paul Foryt

Paul Foryt is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and recruiting. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Main Line Health since June 2023, Paul previously held the role of Lead Talent Sourcer/Associate Manager at Poshmark from September 2021 to February 2023. In this position, Paul successfully established a global sourcing function and developed effective recruiting strategies, significantly reducing time-to-fill for key positions. Paul has a background in research and patent law, having worked as a Lead Researcher at IMS Consulting & Expert Services and as a Patent Agent at Nestlé Purina North America and Harness, Dickey & Pierce.
