Tanisha Muse

Tanisha Muse currently serves as a Senior Regis-Scheduling Specialist at Main Line Health, where responsibilities include converting calls to appointments while addressing patient demographic and insurance discrepancies. Previously, Tanisha worked as a Contact Center Specialist and as a Unit Secretary at Riddle Hospital, providing essential administrative support for nursing units. In addition to ongoing work at Roxborough Memorial Hospital as a Unit Secretary since August 2011, Tanisha is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education at Southern New Hampshire University, with an earlier Associates of Arts degree from Community College of Philadelphia in Culture, Science, and Technology.
