William Surkis

William Surkis is a distinguished medical professional currently serving as the Governor-Elect Designee for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Physicians and as the Vice-President for Medical Affairs at Lankenau Medical Center. Since 2008, William has held the position of Vice-President for Medical Education for Main Line Health System, overseeing various educational aspects including Graduate and Undergraduate Medical Education, Continuing Medical Education, and serving as the Epic EMR Clinical Lead for Medical Education. Additional roles include Academic Hospitalist, Internal Medicine Clinic Preceptor, and various leadership and academic appointments at Lankenau Medical Center. William holds degrees from Bates College, New York University, MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine, and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Pennsylvania.
