Nazim Nissar is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Main Realty since January 2024, while also holding the position of Finance Operations Manager at Mainland Express DWC since December 2020. With a diverse background in financial management, Nazim transitioned Mainland Express from a start-up to a full-fledged SME. Previous roles include Senior Financial Accountant at IFC, where responsibilities included developing financial management policies and preparing financial records according to IFRS and UAE VAT obligations, and Finance Assistant at JKPDCL, managing payroll for over 120 employees. Additional experience as a Financial Consultant for Cafe De Polo involved devising business strategies for growth, while as Accounts Manager at Zargar Constructions, Nazim created and maintained financial statements and managed accounts. Nazim holds a Master of Finance & Control from the University of Kashmir and is pursuing CMA Inter with the Institute of Management Accountants.
