Bryon Thong

Bryon Thong is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as an Operational Modelling Officer at Main Roads Western Australia since May 2023, where responsibilities include building and auditing traffic simulation models. Prior to this role, Bryon worked as a Transport Consultant at MDS Traffic Planners & Consultants, contributing to various projects such as a Port Operational Efficiency Audit and a Technical Feasibility Study for a cruise terminal. Experience also includes serving as an Events Officer with the Monash Association of Civil Engineering Students, focusing on student engagement during COVID-19, and completing internships with Sunway Construction Group Berhad and Vygo, where Bryon gained valuable practical skills. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) was obtained from Monash University in 2021.
