Sonia Beros

Sonia Beros is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Communications and Engagement at Main Roads Western Australia since October 2016, Sonia leads a team of 25 in developing and executing communications strategies, providing strategic advice to senior executives, and managing various communication channels. Sonia's previous roles include Project Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, where strategic communications were delivered for major transport infrastructure projects, and Consultant at The University of Western Australia. Earlier career positions include Communications Adviser at Sydney Water and experience as a Communications Channels and Delivery Manager. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and International Politics from Curtin University.
