M Mendez

M Mendez is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in industrial processes within the naval shipbuilding sector. Currently serving as the Senior Lead Engineer for SIOP Modeling and Simulation at Main Sail, LLC, M Mendez leads a team of Industrial Engineers to develop and deploy 3D simulation models for the NAVSEA SIOP program at four public Naval shipyards. Prior roles include serving as the Industrial Plant Equipment Division Head at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and as a Chemistry Radiological Assistant/Mechanical Technical Assistant for the USS Gerald Ford and the USS George H.W. Bush. M Mendez holds a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Arkansas.
