Susan Herdman

Susan Herdman is an experienced professional in the insurance industry with a strong background in sales and marketing. Currently serving as a Growth Strategist for Independent Agents at Main Street America Insurance since March 2020, Susan previously held the role of Senior Territory Sales Manager at Safeco Insurance from September 2003 to March 2020. Earlier in their career, Susan was a Senior Marketing Manager at The Hartford from June 1986 to August 2003, where responsibilities included managing direct marketing for AARP Auto, Home, and Flood Insurance Programs. Susan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Central Connecticut State University School of Business, completing the degree in 1988, and attended Quinnipiac University from 1984 to 1985.
