Ellen Dorian

Ellen oversees the Marketing, Branch Administration, Deposit Operations and IT areas to ensure the integration of the bank’s mission and cultural philosophy. Her passion is in aligning cultures and engaging employees to deliver exceptional internal and external customer experiences.

Ellen has been with our bank since 2001 and in marketing for financial institutions since 1987.

Ellen is a Board Trustee for Marlborough Hospital and past President of the Board of Directors for Employment Options, Inc. a nonprofit agency serving those in the Metro West region who are looking to improve and manage their mental health and wellness including individuals who have experienced economic disadvantages. Ellen is also a member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Public Affairs & Marketing Committee.
