William K. has a diverse range of work experience in the banking industry. William'smost recent role was as VP, Director of Human Resources and Learning & Development at Main Street Bank, where they oversaw the organization's training functions and guided employees through the transition to a Lean culture. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, Director of Learning & Development at North Middlesex Savings Bank, where they had similar responsibilities. Earlier in their career, William held roles such as Assistant Vice President, Training & Development Officer at Clinton Savings Bank, Corporate Trainer / Instructional Designer at Middlesex Savings Bank, Corporate Trainer at Excelergy, and Senior Retail Trainer at USTrust Bank. Throughout their career, they have been involved in designing, developing, and implementing training programs, both instructor-led and online, to support employee growth and development.

William also holds an MEd degree in Instructional Design/Adult Education from UMass Boston, obtained in the years 2001-2003.
