Bill works in collaboration with all areas of the bank to assess and deliver training initiatives designed to foster employee growth and development. His goal is to support employees with the skill sets and knowledge essential to meeting the needs of bank customers and the strategic goals of the company.
Bill has been with the bank since 2015 and brings over 30+ years of corporate educational experience and 25+ years in the financial services industry. Bill attended UMass Boston earning his Master’ Degree in Instructional Design and Adult Learning. He also a certified Employee Engagement Specialist, in addition to earning his Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
