MacKenzie began their career in 2013 as a Resident Life Coordinator at Traditions of Hanover, where they stayed until 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Intern at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. MacKenzie then interned as a Location Planning Analyst at Ross Stores, Inc. in 2017.
In 2018, they joined IBM as a Business Transformation Consultant and later transitioned into the role of a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 2021. During their time at IBM, MacKenzie gained valuable experience in business transformation and consulting. Following their role at IBM, they worked as an Executive Team Assistant at UBS from 2021 to 2023, supporting the executive team.
Currently, MacKenzie is the Director of Business & Digital Development at Main Street Financial Solutions LLC, a position they have held since May 2023. MacKenzie's diverse work experience showcases their skills and ability to adapt to different roles and industries.
MacKenzie Bento attended Bethlehem Catholic High School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their high school degree. MacKenzie then enrolled in Penn State University from 2014 to 2018, majoring in Finance, General. MacKenzie Bento also obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified Concur Expense Professional by SAP Concur in 2021 and being an SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA 1610 by SAP SE in 2018.
