Dan Maurer has over 20 years of work experience at Main Street Gourmet. From 1997 to 2000, they were the Quality Assurance Manager. In 2005, they became the Director of Research & Development, where they oversee various responsibilities such as formulating new recipes, managing customer relations, and coordinating projects. Dan is also a member of the HACCP and Wellness committees.
Dan Maurer attended The University of Akron from 1991 to 1997. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Food Science during that time.
