Michael Braun

Michael Braun has extensive experience in warehouse management, logistics, production, quality assurance, and food safety. At Main Street Gourmet from 2001 to the present, Michael has held multiple roles, including Warehouse and Logistics Manager, Production Manager, Project Manager, and Plant Safety Manager, focusing on delivering high-quality bakery products in a dynamic production environment. Prior to this, Michael served as Quality Assurance Manager at Ball Corporation and Biery Cheese Co., ensuring compliance with stringent FDA, ODA, and USDA standards. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Kent State University.
