Cathy Smitley, PMP has a diverse range of work experiences. Cathy has held various roles in project management and implementation in the healthcare industry. Most recently, they worked as a Project Director at Main Street Health. Prior to that, they were a Program Implementations Manager at naviHealth and a Project Manager at PopHealthCare. In addition to their healthcare experience, Cathy also has a background in document management and workflow automation solutions, having worked as a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst at InStream. Cathy has also founded and edited a music blog, worked as a freelance publicist, and gained publicity and management experience in the music industry.

Cathy Smitley, PMP has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University. In August 2019, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
