Bill Tehan currently serves as a Licensed Compliance/Production Manager at Main Street Home Loans since February 2019, where responsibilities include conducting thorough loan assessments, overseeing compliance policies, and providing independent program analysis to enhance sales and customer retention. In addition to this role, Bill has been a Licensed Compliance/Production Manager at First Home Mortgage since April 2008 and has worked as a Compliance/Production Manager at SunTrust since September 2005. Bill's expertise encompasses evaluating customer loan and credit needs, coordinating with the loan team for accurate assessments, organizing loan documentation, and managing the submission and approval process of loan packages. Bill holds a degree from Towson University.
