Jeff oversees all of Customer Operations at Main Street Hub, including Community Management, Customer Success, and Onboarding. Prior to joining our team, he was the Chief Services Officer at HomeAway, and he also held leadership roles at Amazon, Microsoft, and Exxon. Jeff holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics from the Wharton Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, fishing, and spending time with his family.
