Jen Leybovich

Chief Development Officer at Main Street Launch

Jen’s role at Main Street Launch includes fundraising, partnerships, impact assessment, and organizational development and strategy. Prior to joining the organization, Jen completed her M.B.A. at Yale School of Management, where she focused on economic development & social enterprise and was a fellow at Nonprofit Finance Fund in the Lending Division. Before business school, Jen was Associate Director at Orr Associates, Inc., where she worked on marketing, fundraising, nonprofit management, events, and strategy consulting for nonprofit organizations in Washington, D.C. and New York. Jen holds a B.A. in Business Economics and minors in Accounting and Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles. Jen enjoys collaborative efforts that further inclusive and sustainable economic development. She serves as the Founder & Chair of the CDFI Climate Crisis Working Group, was formerly the Chair of the San Francisco Economic Development Alliance (sfeda.org) from 2015-2019, and led a Racial Equity Working Group within the CDFI industry from 2015-2017. Outside of work, Jen’s interests include traveling, holistic wellness, and civic engagement, and she served as Founder & President of the Yale Alumni Nonprofit Alliance – Bay Area Chapter from 2013-2017.
