Robert Blundell has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Robert began their professional career in the United States Air Force as an Air Craft Fuel Systems Journeyman, specializing in U2 Spy Plane fuel systems. Following their military service, they worked in the United States Marine Corps in various roles, including Team Leader, Squad Leader/Sergeant of the Guard, Primary Marksmanship Instructor/Range Safety Officer, Patrol Commander, and Weapons and Tactics Instructor/Evaluator/Advisor.

After leaving the military, Robert transitioned to civilian roles, starting as a Recruiting Representative for the USMC. Robert then joined CACI International Inc as a VA Benefits Instructor and Advisor, providing benefits planning information and consulting services to service members and their dependents. Robert then worked at Archi's Institute for Sustainable Agriculture (Cal Poly Pomona) and Cal Poly Pomona/Archi's Institute for Sustainable Agriculture, where they served as Business Development Manager and National Enrollment Coordinator/Career Manager/Adjunct Faculty, respectively.

Most recently, Robert held positions at Main Street Launch, where they worked as a Portfolio Manager and later became the Associate Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management at Main Street Launch, overseeing compliance and risk management activities for delinquent and defaulted SBA Community Advantage loans.

Robert Blundell earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University in 2016. Robert also obtained a certification as a Certified Hydroponicist from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in the same year. In 2017, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Azusa Pacific University, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, in 2016, they attended Archi's Acres (Cal Poly Pomona) for Sustainable Agriculture studies.
