Datta Khalsa is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse portfolio in the industry. As a Partner and Co-Founder at Firmus Financial LLC since October 2012, Datta has contributed to the establishment of the Firmus Investment Fund, catering to investor clients through high-yielding real estate and equity loans. In addition, Datta co-founded Realty HUB in May 2010, creating a resource-sharing platform for independent real estate professionals. As the Broker/Owner of Main Street Realtors since May 2001, Datta oversees a full-service real estate firm specializing in various sales and property management services. Datta has also been involved with the Masterminds of Santa Cruz County, a networking organization for top-producing agents, since 1998 and achieved recognition as a top-producing realtor at Sherman & Boone Associates from 1993 to 2001. Datta's educational background includes studies at Santa Monica College and San Diego Mesa College.
