Don Suda

Don Suda is an experienced maintenance and project manager with a robust background in property renovations and construction management. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Main Street Renewal since June 2023, Don previously held positions such as Homes Project Manager at Opendoor and Project Manager at Jar Works. Don has extensive expertise overseeing teams and operations across multiple locations, including serving as Field Operations Manager for Colony Starwood/Waypoint Homes, managing a significant maintenance team in the Atlanta market, and holding leadership roles at Havas Impact and Southeast Refinishers and Remodeling. Don Suda holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Hillsborough Community College.
