Main Street Therapy Partners story begins in 1986 with the founder, Renée Halfhill, LPT, starting Blue Sky Therapy and partnering with local nursing homes in the Youngstown, OH area to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.  Fast forward a few decades, diversification across the physical therapy space felt timely so she opened the first Blue Sky Therapy Outpatient Clinic in Warren, OH.  After growing the Outpatient division successfully to 13 locations, the natural progression was to branch off from the Blue Sky name, thus the formation of Main Street Therapy Partners.
