Marc Lambert

Marc Lambert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and innovation management. Currently serving as the Directeur Business Unit IA & Entrepôt de données at Maincare since September 2025, Marc previously held the position of Directeur du Département de la Transformation du Numérique at Institut Paoli-Calmettes, where key achievements included developing a comprehensive digital roadmap and a five-year strategic vision. As Founder & CEO of Lextan from 2017 to June 2023, Marc successfully managed the financing of a Deeptech startup. Earlier roles include Head of Global Innovation at NAGRA, overseeing business development and innovation strategies across various markets. Marc's technical expertise was also demonstrated as Senior Program Manager at Groupe HUST and Technical Team Lead at Amesys Conseil. Marc holds an MBA in General Management from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and an engineering degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Centrale Méditerranée.
