Colleen Spivey

Colleen Spivey is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in fundraising and donor relations across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Development at Maine Audubon since June 2021, Spivey previously held significant roles such as Leadership and Legacy Giving Manager. Prior to this, Spivey was a Major Gifts Officer at Island Institute and held multiple positions at The Trust for Public Land, including Senior Planned Giving Manager and Engagement Officer, where responsibilities encompassed donor discovery, stewardship, and planned giving initiatives. Spivey's earlier experience includes roles at Earthwatch Institute, MASSPIRG, and U.S. PIRG, where skills in program coordination, volunteer recruitment, and organizational management were developed. Colleen Spivey holds a B.A. in French and International Relations from Colgate University.
